Our Philosophy

After years of teaching formal dog training classes, we came across many people, attending to different classes in different places, that where having problems with their dogs after completing their 5 weeks training programs.

We researched different dog owners and their training methods, and we came to the conclusion that we needed to change the setting in which our clients and their dogs where learning.

We believe that the basic for a long lasting, good behaved dog is the relation that owner and dog established. This relation is strengthen through training and everyday life.

At Loly Pups, we work with dog owners and dogs in their houses for the first sessions.

There we can see and manage "unintentional set ups" and "dangerous" dynamics between the family members and their dogs (the whole family is always welcome to be together during our training sessions. Dogs are animals of habit and repetitions, so to have all members in the same page during training, will help the learning process and lower the rate of miscommunication between dog and owner).

Ones the basic are established, we progress to the "real world", where most of our clients face difficulties.

In the "Real Outside World"(R.O.W) we will help you to learn to understand your dog's signals of stress, anxiety, how to interact with kids, meet and greet other dogs, how to walk through crowds, how to identify, avoid and/or handle triggers to prevent known reactions of fear or aggression, as well as proofing and strengthening learned skills like sit, down, stand, wait, stay, come when call, drop it, leave it, walk on leash, load up, off, etc.

That is why we do not do "Board & Train" or "Formal Studio" classes. As not every dog learn at the same pace and with the same reinforcements, we create a personalized work guide for each dog after our first session.

You will find that with our Modern, reward, Science-based Dog Trai
ning method your dog will learn in a relax and fun process. And your understanding of your dog behavior and habits will make the relationship with your pup smooth and fun.
